Harry & Meghan’s brand may be banned… Ben Affleck opens up… Britney Spears breaks foot… Demi Lovato spilled all the tea… and Harry Styles was robbed at knifepoint
So Harry and Meghan don’t want to be Royals anymore, right? As part of #Megxit, Harry and Meghan were stripped of their “His and Her Royal Highness” titles, but they kept using the name “Sussex Royal” on social media. They’ve also been in the process of locking down that name for use in their international business ventures and for a new charity they’re working to establish. But according to the Daily Mail, the Queen has something to say about that. If they don’t want to be Royals, she says they shouldn’t be using the term “Royal,” period. But as of this morning, @SussexRoyal is still intact.
Ben Affleck got real honest in a new interview for the “New York Times.” He said that his drinking problem led to his divorce from Jennifer Garner, and that their divorce is the biggest regret of his life. Ben admitted that he has compulsive behavior and said he has a “kind of basic discomfort all the time.” He explained, “You’re trying to make yourself feel better with eating or drinking or sex or gambling or shopping or whatever. But that ends up making your life worse. Then you do more of it to make that discomfort go away. Then the real pain starts. It becomes a vicious cycle you can’t break. That’s at least what happened to me.” Ben has been to rehab several times, most recently in 2018. That’s the year his divorce from Jennifer was finalized. He admitted that he had a slip in his sobriety last fall, which was very embarrassing. But he says he didn’t let it completely derail him.
Ben Affleck opens up about his divorce, that back tattoo, and alcoholism: “It took me a long time to fundamentally, deeply, without a hint of doubt, admit to myself that I am an alcoholic. The next drink will not be different.”https://t.co/a8aWv33XDF— The New York Times (@nytimes) February 18, 2020
Britney Spears is broken, y’all! Yesterday, her boyfriend Sam Asghari posted several pictures of Britney in a hospital bed with a cast on her leg. He captioned them, “When you break something it tends to heal stronger specially when you’re my Girl my lioness broke her metatarsal bone on her foot doing what she loves which is dancing Wishing her the best recovery so she can jump, run, and dance her butt off #stronger” He also posted a video of him writing the word “STRONGER” across her cast. Side note: The metatarsals are the bones your toes are connected to. They are the curved bones that give your foot an arch.
Demi Lovato was a guest on Ashley Graham’s “Pretty Big Deal” podcast, which dropped yesterday. During the interview, Demi says her sobriety slip-up that led to her near-fatal overdose was caused by an eating disorder. Demi explained that she thought she had replaced her eating disorder with hardcore workouts and dieting, but that was actually a disorder, as well. She said, “I think when you have certain people around you that are telling you certain things that you should look a certain way, it makes it harder. I was in that situation, and I was just running myself into the ground.” Demi said she was living a lie, trying to tell the world she was happy with myself when she wasn’t, and ultimately it led her down a dangerous path that almost took her life.

First, I’ll start by saying that Harry Styles is okay! But he was in a very scary situation Friday night in London when a man with a knife approached Harry and demanded cash. According to the Mirror, this happened shortly before midnight in a neighborhood where Harry owns a home. Their source said Harry kept his cool and quickly gave the robber his cash. He just wanted to keep the man calm and get the situation over with. While Harry wasn’t hurt, he was understandably shaken up over the incident.
