This is a potential SPOILER ALERT! But Season 4 of “Stranger Things” has been out for two months now, so it is what it is. Friend of the Show David Harbour — who plays Chief Hopper — spoke about his physical transformation between Seasons 3 and 4. Without telling you why, David had to lose a BUNCH of weight. Yesterday he posted side-by-side pictures of himself with a caption explaining that he’d worked with a trainer for 8 months before filming Season 4. David said, “All told it was a difficult and exciting ride, changing diet and exercise plans. All told I lost over 75lbs. 265-270 in season 3 and all the way down to 190 when we shot. Recently ballooned up again to play jolly ole st. Nick in a flick I can’t wait for you to see this holiday season, so I am struggling to fight back down towards a good weight for wherever hopper ends up in season 5.” He continued, “All this up and down is not good for the body, and I’ll have to give it up soon, but it is such a fun part of the job to live in a different version of your skin for a while.” David is playing Santa in an upcoming action comedy movie called “Violent Night.” It’s about a group of mercenaries who attack a wealthy family on Christmas Eve. Look for it in theaters Dec. 2.

It ain’t over till AMBER says it’s over! Amber Heard’s lawyers have officially appealed the verdict in the Johnny Depp defamation trial. While Johnny sued Amber for $50M, the jury awarded him $10.35M, while awarding Amber $2M. Amber’s spokesperson told Yahoo Entertainment, “We believe the court made errors that prevented a just and fair verdict consistent with the First Amendment. We are therefore appealing the verdict. While we realize today’s filing will ignite the Twitter bonfires, there are steps we need to take to ensure both fairness and justice.” Team Johnny isn’t the least bit concerned that the verdict will be overturned. One of Johnny’s reps told Yahoo, “The jury listened to the extensive evidence presented during the six-week trial and came to a clear and unanimous verdict that the defendant herself defamed Mr. Depp, in multiple instances. We remain confident in our case and that this verdict will stand.” Now in case you missed it, last month, Judge Penney Azcarate told Amber’s attorneys that she has to pay the $8.35M judgement with 6% interest per year before any appeal can move forward. However, Amber only had to pay $500 to get the ball rolling. Every legal expert being asked about this is basically saying Amber doesn’t have a chance to win an appeal, and it’s time to let it go.

Ricky Martin’s nephew has withdrawn his court case against his Uncle Ricky and the restraining order has been dismissed. Back on July 1, a judge in Puerto Rico granted the restraining order after the nephew accused Ricky of incest and then said Ricky stalked him after the nephew tried to end the relationship. Ricky could’ve faced 50 years in prison for this. Ricky’s attorney released a statement exclusively to People magazine saying, “Unfortunately, the person who made this claim is struggling with deep mental health challenges. Ricky Martin has, of course, never been — and would never be — involved in any kind of sexual or romantic relationship with his nephew. This was never anything more than a troubled individual making false allegations with absolutely nothing to substantiate them. We are glad that our client saw justice done and can now move forward with his life and his career.” Ricky posted a video saying, “For two weeks, I was not allowed to defend myself because I was following a procedure where the law obligated me not to talk until I was in front of a judge. Thank God [these] claims were proven to be false, but I’m going to tell you the truth. It has been so painful. It has been devastating for me, for my family, for my friends. I don’t wish this upon anybody.”

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck surprised the world when they eloped to Las Vegas, taking his 13-year-old daughter Seraphina and her 14-year-old daughter Emme along as witnesses. And now SURPRISE! Jen and Ben took a private plane to Paris for their honeymoon! Or is this just a vacation? Because after they settled into their hotel, Ben and Jen went to a fancy dinner at the Le Matignon restaurant near the Champs- Élysées, and it looks like Emme is there, as well as Ben’s 16-year-old daughter Violet, who looks JUST like her mom, Jennifer Garner. In fact, I had to do a double take as Jennifer kissed all over her new husband and Violet sat on the other side of her date, grinning ear-to-ear. The Daily Mail also says Seraphina is there, but I haven’t seen any photos of her.
