Amazon is doing something… New release dates for movies… Jeffree Star called Mason Disick out… Joe Exotic’s husband talks to Andy Cohen… and Lindsay Lohan & Tiffany Haddish release new music

Coronavirus led to the cancellation of a ton of festivals, including last month’s SXSW Film Festival. But Amazon is doing something about that! For 10 days, if you have an Amazon membership, you can watch “Prime Video Presents the SXSW 2020 Film Festival Collection,” and it’s free with your Amazon membership. You don’t have to upgrade to Amazon Prime to watch! But the filmmakers who participate will get paid a screening fee. The launch date and the participating filmmakers will be announced soon.
Filmmakers who opt-in for the virtual #SXSW festival will see their films play exclusively on Prime Video in the U.S. for the 10-day virtual fest, which Amazon will likely launch in late April https://t.co/eMwMFmajKG— The Hollywood Reporter (@THR) April 2, 2020

New release dates for some movies we were looking forward to seeing in theaters have been announced. “A Quiet Place Part II” was supposed to come out a couple weeks ago, but now you can see it on September 4. The next James Bond movie “No Time To Die” went from an Easter weekend release to a Thanksgiving weekend release. “Wonder Woman 1984” has moved from June 5 to August 14. “Top Gun: Maverick” has been pushed back from June 24 to December 23. “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” was supposed to be out July 10, but now you have to wait until March 5, 2021. And “Black Widow” was set for a May 1st debut, but the new release date for that is still up in the air.

What grown man picks a fight with a 10 year old boy? Jeffree Star. But in his defense, Mason Disick started it. Mason hopped on TikTok star Addison Rae’s live stream and said Jeffrey is “spoiled AF.” Jeffree didn’t like that. In a tweeted then deleted moment of sass, Jeffree called Mason out, “I had $500 in my bank account six years ago … Maybe he’s confused with his own privilege versus mine being self-made, hopefully his father can educate him soon!” Jeffree started out in music, but in 2014, he started his own makeup line which he promoted on his YouTube channel. Back in 2018, Forbes estimated that Jeffree earned $18M from his YouTube channel alone.

Joe Exotic’s current husband, Dillon Passage, told Andy Cohen that Joe has been moved from the Grady County Jail in Chickasha, OK, to a federal prison hospital in Fort Worth. Dillon said Joe has been in isolation at both facilities because there were some COVID-19 cases in the Greasy County Jail. He didn’t say whether or not Joe tested positive. Dillon told Andy that he normally speaks to his husband three to five times a day, but they haven’t spoken since he transferred to Fort Worth.
He said the 57-year-old tiger breeder is being quarantined in Fort Worth. https://t.co/nSrkzzJBTE— HuffPost (@HuffPost) April 2, 2020

Lindsay Lohan promised new music, and she delivered! “Back To Me” is a song meant to be played in clubs, which aren’t open right now. But the minute they re-open, this could be the hit she’s hoping for! Lindsay says, “The song is about rediscovering and accepting oneself, shutting out the noise and moving forward and letting the past go. Living in the now.” There you go. And Tiffany Haddish dropped her first single today, “Come And Get Your Baby Daddy.” She made a video for it and everything!
