Tom Holland Did Not Get A Script

Beyoncé x Adidas… The Amazon Empire has been divided… Jussie Smollett is being sued… Prince Harry against Fortnite… and Tom Holland did not get an ‘Avengers: Endgame’ script

Adidas has announced their new partnership with Beyonce, which includes relaunching and expanding her already existing workout clothing line, Ivy Park. Adidas says Beyonce will continue to own Ivy Park because they respect “her journey as one of the first black women to be the sole owner of an athleisure brand.” But Beyonce will now be a Creative Partner with Adidas, developing a line of signature shoes and clothing featuring those three stripes.

The Amazon Empire has been divided. Jeff and MacKenzie Bezos have finalized their divorce. Jeff tweeted yesterday how extraordinary and brilliant and loving his now ex-wife is and BLAH BLAH BLAH! If she was so freaking awesome, why couldn’t you keep it in your pants, Jeff?? Anyway, MacKenzie joined Twitter yesterday just so she could release her own statement about the divorce. She says how grateful she is to have “finished the process of dissolving my marriage with Jeff” and that she’s “looking forward to next phase as co-parents as friends.” She also told us what she’s giving up in the divorce! According to Business Insider, Jeff and MacKenzie together owned 78.8 million shares of Amazon, which is about 16 percent of the company. Yesterday MacKenzie tweeted, “Happy to be giving him all of my interests in the Washington Post and Blue Origin, and 75% of our Amazon stock plus voting control of my shares…” She added that she’s excited about her own plans, but didn’t go into what those are. I’m assuming it involves a yacht.

Jussie Smollett blew off that one-week deadline. He didn’t cut a check to the city of Chicago to cover the $130,106.15 in overtime pay for the city’s finest, so now the city is going to sue him. A spokesman for Chicago’s Department of Law says the paperwork is being drawn up now and his department will file the lawsuit in the near future. He said, “As part of this legal action, the Law Department will pursue the full measure of damages allowed under the ordinance.” By “full measure,” that means the city could seek more than $390K, which is 3 times the original amount, plus court and attorney fees.

Variety reported that “gaming disorder” is expected to pass as an addition to the International Classification of Diseases at next month’s World Health Assembly. But as for right now, a lot of people would like to see a Royal beheading after Prince Harry dared to speak out against Fortnite! The Prince was visiting a YMCA in London where he spoke to mental health experts, and he explained why he believes Fortnite should be banned. He said, “Where is the benefit of having it in your household? It’s created to addict, an addiction to keep you in front of a computer for as long as possible. It’s so irresponsible. It’s like waiting for the damage to be done and kids turning up on your doorsteps and families being broken down.” Prince Harry said parents need to have their kids interact more with the outside world rather than allow them to be glued to their phones and gaming systems. He said, “Without that human connection, when you do have a problem you have nowhere to go. The only place you might go is online, and you’ll probably end up getting bullied.”

Tom Holland has repeatedly spoiled movies. It was so bad that Benedict Cumberbatch basically had to babysit him during last year’s press tour for “Avengers: Infinity War.” But directors Joe and Anthony Russo finally learned their lesson. They realized that the best way to keep Tom from spoiling their movies is to not tell him anything! For “Avengers: Endgame,” Tom never got the full script. He only received his lines, and that was it. Director Joe said, “He doesn’t even know who he’s acting opposite of….We us very vague terms to describe to him what’s happening in the scene because he has a very difficult time keeping his mouth shut.” “Avengers: Endgame” is in theaters April 26.
