Not everybody tips at Starbucks, but some baristas got so creative with their tip jars that it’s encouraging people to part with some of their cash. A TikTok user named @dejapoo00 posted a video going through a Starbucks drive-through where there are two tip jars set out. One is labeled “Kanye.” One is labeled “Pete Davidson.” @dejapooo00 leaves her money in Pete’s jar, which is stuffed with several dollar bills. Kanye’s jar only had a few coins tossed inside. Someone commented, “Puts entire bank acct on Pete.” Another said, “The kanye one full of coins bc only 16 yr old boys side with him.” And another commented, “All the boys tipping Kanye would probably tip Chris Brown too.” But others don’t find the humor in it because they believe Kanye is acting out because of his mental illness.

“The Walking Dead” wraps up its eleventh and final season this year, but the spinoffs live on. Fans may or may not be excited to hear that AMC has announced yet ANOTHER spinoff. “Isle of the Dead” is the fifth spinoff in “The Walking Dead” universe, and it’s set to debut next year on AMC. This one will star Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan and Lauren Cohan as Maggie, who absolutely hate each other because Negan murdered Maggie’s husband, Glenn, and fellow survivor Abraham. But now these two will be forced to work together to fight zombies in post-apocalyptic Manhattan. Also coming in 2023 is the previously announced spin-off starring Melissa McBride and Norman Reedus as Carol and Daryl. But not all fans are happy to hear that a fifth spinoff is coming, and they’re expressing how they feel on social media. As one posted, “All we asked for was Rick Grimes movies but they keep throwing these TV spin-offs at us.” Another wrote, “They beat the dead horse so bad that it’s literally a zombie now.”

Last week we heard Dua Lipa is being sued for copyright infringement for her song “Levitating.” Ed Sheeran is on trial right now in England because two songwriters accused him of ripping off their 2015 song “Oh Why” for his 2017 hit “Shape of You.” And now Sam Smith and Normani are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over their 2019 song, “Dancing with a Stranger.” According to The Blast, three songwriters claim Sam and Normani not only stole the melody and the lyrics from their song….they used the same song title! Their song was released on songwriter Jordan Vincent’s YouTube channel and Spotify on in August 2017. The lawsuit states in part that “the hook/chorus in both songs — the most significant part and artistic aspect of these works — contains the lyrics’ dancing with a stranger’ being sung over a nearly identical melody and musical composition.” Even the music videos are almost the same. The lawsuit claims Sam, two other co-writers on the song, Normani’s manager Brandon Silverstein and her mentor Tim Blacksmith, all had access to the 2017 release, its video, and the video’s call sheet. The lawsuit says Thrive Records received the song in 2015 and had been “extremely interested” in giving it to another artist, but the deal never went through. It’s Raining Copyright Infringement.

Prince Harry is living in the US full-time now and he’s going ALL IN. He went to the Stockyards Championship Rodeo in Fort Worth over the weekend to check out the bull-riding competition! No Meghan Markle in sight, but you have to wonder if Harry is getting an ear full for going. Meghan is a huge animal rights activist and they’re not typically fond of what animals are put through during a rodeo. And pre-Meghan, Harry was a big hunter. But in 2017, Harry went on a wild boar hunt in Germany and Meghan let him know how she felt about it. He reportedly gave up hunting altogether after that.

The 57th Academy of Country Music Awards were held in Las Vegas last night, but it was not broadcast on network television. For the first time, the ACMs were streamed live on Amazon Prime Video.
